EBO has been accepted into the NVIDIA Inception program, marking an exciting milestone as the company expands across multiple territories and advances the AI capabilities powering its healthcare and financial services solutions.
We’re thrilled to announce that EBO has joined NVIDIA Inception, a global programme that helps high-growth AI companies develop their technology and expand their businesses. This comes at a significant moment for EBO, following investment from Olea Venture Partners, the establishment of a subsidiary in Greece, conversion to a p.l.c., and continued expansion across healthcare and financial services.NVIDIA is a multinational technology company and a pioneer in accelerated computing. Its hardware, software and development platforms have helped drive the growth of modern AI as we know it.
Through NVIDIA Inception, EBO gains access to technical resources, developer tools and training, alongside technology and cloud offers. The programme creates opportunities to connect with NVIDIA’s wider partner and investor ecosystem, supporting both technology development and commercial growth.
Commenting on this, Dr. Gege Gatt, CEO at EBO said:
“Being part of NVIDIA Inception is not just a milestone for EBO but a recognition of the quality of our AI technology, the expertise and dedication of the team behind it and, most importantly, the importance of our mission; to make services more accessible, responsive and human”.
Building on a strong foundation
EBO uses conversational and generative AI to streamline repetitive processes, automate workflows and enable providers to engage with users in a more meaningful, effective and human way. Our mission is to empower citizens to access the support they need while helping organisations deliver services safely and efficiently.
This approach is delivering measurable results. EBO now has 24 live deployments across the UK's National Health Service (NHS) Trusts and hospitals, with patient adoption rates reaching 97% and customer returns on investment of up to five times. These outcomes provide a strong foundation as the company brings its technology to more organisations and markets.
Advancing generative, agentic and voice AI
A key priority for EBO is scaling its AI capabilities behind the EBO Intelligent Patient Portal (IPP), while exploring more advanced generative and agentic AI workloads.
These developments open up opportunities to help people find relevant information, navigate services and complete tasks through intuitive conversations. EBO’s focus remains on connecting these capabilities with operational workflows, supported by the safeguards, governance and human oversight that regulated environments require.
Through the NVIDA Inception Program, EBO is also developing low-latency voice capabilities, reducing the delay between a person speaking and the AI responding. The aim is to make voice interactions more fluid and natural, broadening the ways people can access information and further reducing the digital divide.
Furthering EBO’s Mission
Joining NVIDIA Inception adds further momentum to EBO’s progress, giving the team access to resources and connections that can support its increasingly ambitious product roadmap.
