EBO is looking for a Chief Commercial Officer & UK Country Manager to lead our commercial strategy and drive growth across our largest market.

The Role As Chief Commercial Officer & UK Country Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and executing EBO’s global commercial strategy while directly overseeing our UK operations: the company’s largest and fastest-growing market. With a primary focus on the UK healthcare market and a secondary focus on the Financial Services sector, you will: 
  • Lead EBO’s go-to-market strategy, sales, and partnership initiatives.
  • Manage senior commercial talent and serve as the company’s representative to clients, investors, and strategic partners.
  • Act as EBO’s senior representative in the UK, managing relationships with NHS Trusts, NHS England, ICS and our UK-based partners.
  • Ensure seamless alignment between local operations, client delivery, and corporate leadership.
This role combines strategic foresight with hands-on commercial execution, ideal for an ambitious leader eager to drive growth in a scaling AI business serving the NHS and major financial institutions. Key Responsibilities Commercial Leadership
  • Define and execute EBO’s global commercial strategy, owning total revenue generation across the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors and territories. Deliver against annual ARR targets.
  • Translate EBO’s AI and automation capabilities into market-leading propositions.
  • Identify and manage new market opportunities, partnerships, and adjacent verticals for expansion.
Sales & Market Development
  • Lead and grow a high-performing sales organisation across healthtech and fintech.
  • Build a culture of accountability, forecasting discipline, and performance excellence.
  • Drive go-to-market plans for both existing and emerging markets.
  • Oversee major bids, pricing models, and strategic tenders.
Country Management (UK)
  • Act as EBO’s senior representative in the UK, managing relationships with NHS Trusts, NHS England, ICS and our UK-based partners.
  • Coordinate UK operations across commercial, delivery, and marketing functions.
  • Ensure compliance with UK policies, frameworks, and industry standards.
  • Represent EBO at national conferences, panels, and trade missions.
Leadership & Governance
  • Serve as a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
  • Contribute to EBO’s corporate strategy, culture, and long-term growth vision.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Product, and Delivery to ensure aligned execution.
  • Present to the Board and investors on growth performance and commercial outlook.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven track record in executive-level commercial leadership, ideally within healthtech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Extensive experience selling into the NHS
  • Strong understanding of UK public sector procurement and NHS digital transformation.
  • Strategic thinker with operational agility and exceptional stakeholder skills.
  • Experience leading sales teams across complex B2B environments.
