We’re really excited to announce our latest partnership with Mindway.

That’s why we love working with other AI companies and even better when it’s centred around a topic close to our hearts – responsible gaming.

Today we’re announcing a partnership with one of the most inspiring companies we’ve had the pleasure to meet.

Mindway is a university-born company, founded by research scientists of neuroscience and problem gambling. Their research fuelled the creation of AI solutions that identifies at-risk and vulnerable gamblers online.

The technology solves the challenges of responsible gaming to an incredibly accurate level. Firstly it’s based on research by pathological gambling specialists and psychologists to truly understand gaming behaviour, analysing thousands of gaming patterns. And because it’s AI, the algorithm improves continuously.

So how are we working together?

We’ll be integrating our Virtual Agents with GameScanner, Mindway’s sophisticated detection solution. This means that we’ll be:

  • Using a detection solution that’s built on the most extensive understanding of gaming problems in the world
  • The risk profile of every customer can be expertly assessed within 15 minutes
  • As our Virtual Agents get to work learning about the gamer’s behaviour, their profile will include data from Mindway’s extensive trackers and algorithms
  • Our Virtual Agents will be even better able to profile a player on an individual basis and ultimately identify problem or unusual behaviour easier and faster
